It is not included in the price; the amount is €1.90 per person per day (aged 12 years and older).

The residence provides a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines (1 free token per week).

Check-in is from 16:00 to 20:00. For arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00, there is a surcharge of €30. Arrivals after 22:00 are not possible.

Check-out is scheduled between 07:30 and no later than 10:00. Upon departure, the induction hob and refrigerator must be left clean, and the trash removed from the apartment, otherwise a surcharge of €50 will apply.

At the time of booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The remaining balance is due 7 days before arrival.

The customer can cancel free of charge (with refund of the deposit) up to 14 days before the start of the stay. From the 14th to the 7th day, the deposit will be forfeited. Once the balance is paid, no refunds will be issued.

Upon delivery of the apartment, we kindly ask our guests to inspect for any deficiencies or damages and report them immediately to management. The cost of any damages found at the end of the stay will be deducted from the security deposit. Additional electrical appliances (such as ovens or similar) that could overload the electrical system are prohibited. Barbecues are not permitted indoors or outdoors.

Upon arrival, a security deposit of €200 in cash must be paid, which will be refunded upon return of the keys after an inspection of the apartment. In case of early departure or outside reception hours, the deposit will be returned via bank transfer after the apartment has been checked.

From 14:00 to 16:30 and from 23:00 to 8:00, it is essential to refrain from disturbing and respect the guests’ rest.

Small pets are welcome (subject to availability of the facility) with a flat fee supplement of €60 per week. They may roam in the garden but must be on a leash, and access to our private beach is not permitted.

Swimming Pool open from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM.

In case of rough seas, beach service is not guaranteed. Use of the private beach is permitted from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. After this time, the beach will be cleaned and prepared for the next day by the staff. Guests are kindly requested not to leave any items (towels, clothes, toys) under the umbrellas; any found items will be placed at the top of the beach.

The residence provides a laundry room with functioning coin-operated washing machines. Upon arrival, guests receive 1 free token; each additional token costs €3. The management is not responsible for items left behind in the laundry room. However, items forgotten upon departure will be kept for up to 30 days, and any shipping costs incurred will be borne by the guest.

Each apartment is equipped with a safe. Management does not accept responsibility for any thefts that occur within the residence, nor for damages resulting from falling branches or wind. We kindly remind you to always close doors and windows before leaving. Management disclaims any liability for disruptions in water, electricity, gas, and WiFi services due to force majeure or issues with service providers, and is not obligated to provide any refunds. In case of equipment breakdowns, inspections will be conducted as promptly as possible. Any disputes arising from the interpretation, execution, and/or resolution of the booking contract governed by these conditions, in which La Coccinella S.a.s. is involved, shall exclusively fall under the jurisdiction of the Livorno Court.

The property is not available for bachelorette, bachelor, or similar parties.
